Next Level Chef S3-4

In FOX’s hit culinary competition, Next Level Chef, Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais recruit talented chefs and take them under their wings to face unique cooking challenges in a one-of-a-kind culinary gauntlet, with the goal of finding the food world’s newest superstar.

Following the success of Season 1, filmed in the US, and Season 2 in London, the series transitioned to Ashford Studios, from Season 3. High Res were commissioned by BiggerStage to design and deliver lighting for the production in Ireland. This shift provided an opportunity for High Res to reimagine the lighting design, elevating both the visual impact and the sustainability of the production.
Almost all discharge and tungsten fixtures were replaced with energy-efficient LED alternatives, while fluorescent tubes were retained to preserve the visual aesthetic of the basement and mid-range kitchens. Partnering with a number of local and international lighting companies, High Res delivered a turnkey service from design and previsualisation to full onset delivery.
